Methods of payment
The following forms of payment are accepted by Maledetti Toscani™: PayPal or Credit Card You will always be directed to the PayPal circuit, but you can pay with any credit card without the need to have an account and to be registered. The Customer Service operators of Maledetti Toscani™ are in no way authorized to request or accept card numbers, terms and conditions of use of the credit card and / or extremes of validity of the same.
Shipments all over the world
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and are displayed at the time of purchase. They can vary according to weight and size.
As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments of Maledetti Toscani™ are accompanied by an official invoice or receipt declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.
• RETURNS: You can ONLY return the goods purchased online within 1 month (more than the terms of the law), we love our customers. In case of returning goods (intact and within 30 days from the date of online purchase), it is allowed to request the issue of a VOUCHER ("Shopping Voucher") coinciding with the amount of the previously purchased product. The same will be usable both in the event of a subsequent purchase on the website www.maledettitoscani.com, and in any store / corner MT, present on the national territory. The use of the "Shopping Voucher" DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY EXPIRY DATE.
• MONEY RETURN: We return the purchase money (exclusively for the product, shipping costs excluded) immediately after receiving the goods in our office and checking their integrity. The cost of the return shipment and any customs fees are charged to the customer.
• EXCHANGE OF GOODS: It is possible to exchange the goods at any time within 1 month of purchase, but only if the goods are intact. The customer will pay only the shipping costs and any round trip customs costs. Once we have received the return, we will send the change immediately. The goods in exchange can be of a different size or color, but you can also request a completely different item and possibly pay the difference.
As per Italian law, it is not possible to return goods after the purchase made in the Shops, unless the item is defective or non-compliant.
"RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DEFECTIVE OR NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCT - Whether the purchase was made in a store or remotely, the law provides for every expense made by a consumer at an authorized professional, the" Legal Guarantee "or" 2 years ", contained in articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. This form of guarantee covers any consumer good and cannot be replaced by other guarantees, which, at the most, can only extend its duration or improve its conditions. In these cases we speak of a "Conventional Guarantee" which extends the effects (or part of them) for one or more years beyond the 2 required by law. In the case of the purchase of used goods from a professional, however, the guarantee has a minimum duration of one year. To enforce the Legal Guarantee it is sufficient to keep the receipt or the receipt or a trace of the expenditure made.
When a lack of conformity or a malfunction appears, therefore, it is possible, within 2 years of purchase, to ask the shopkeeper to repair or replace the product at no cost (not even those for returns in the case of online purchases), thanks to the Legal Guarantee. From the discovery of the defect, the consumer has 2 months to report, which should always be done in writing by registered mail. If the repair is too expensive and the replacement is in fact feasible, the consumer can request either the appropriate reduction of the purchase price or the termination of the contract, the cancellation of the purchase or the withdrawal from the contract (termination) with the refund of the sum paid. The seller cannot force another in-store purchase or the acceptance of a replacement voucher to purchase a voucher, unless the consumer agrees. The merchandise on sale must also be covered by a guarantee, unless the shopkeeper clearly and explicitly communicates it before purchase.
A working product that the shopkeeper had assured to be suitable for our particular needs, but which in reality does not satisfy them at all, is also considered a lack of conformity. On the other hand, the so-called “right of reconsideration” does not fall within the coverage of the Legal Guarantee.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR "RE-THINKING" - If we buy in a shop or in a commercial space there is no possibility to change your mind, unless a lack of conformity appears, even in the case of gifts or the like. The right of withdrawal for second thoughts is only possible in the case of purchases made outside the business premises (electronically - online or over the phone - but also in the square or along the road if we are stopped by a commercial operator). In these cases it is possible within a period of 14 days from receipt, to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide particular justifications and request the return of the sum paid for the purchase in addition to shipping costs (in the case of goods). The latter are generally paid by the seller, but it may happen, for example, that only the Standard delivery costs are refundable, and not the supplement paid for Rapida. All this obviously only if the goods are returned intact, with the original seal intact (if it is a CD or DVD, for example) and must not have been manipulated in such a way as to reduce the original value.
The trader must, for his part, reimburse the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day he received the consumer's notice of wanting to withdraw, using the same payment method as the buyer. In the event that the seller does not explain in the contract, in a clear and exhaustive way, how to exercise the withdrawal and does not indicate the relative terms (which can also be extended but never decreased), the legal deadline for changing your mind rises to 1 year and 4 days, upon receipt of the goods or upon signing the contract.
Attention, however, because the right of withdrawal for "second thoughts" does not apply to any "service that has already been started, with the consent of the consumer"; in fact, the following are excluded: food, hotels, restaurants, transport, tourist packages, tickets for museums, music, apps or videos purchased online, etc. "
